Why ThermoPaks Outperform Ice

Most cooling vests rely on bulky ice packs or rigid phase-change materials that are heavy, messy, and uncomfortable. StaCool's ThermoPak system is different. Each gel-filled pack activates in just 10–20 minutes in a freezer or ice water, delivers up to 3 hours of controlled cooling, and works independently so you never lose full coverage. How It Works

  • 1. Activate Your ThermoPaks

    Place packs in the freezer for 10–20 minutes, throw in the washing machine for a quick cycle, or submerge in ice water. Ready to use in minutes — no pre-planning required.

  • 2. Insert Your ThermoPaks

    Slide activated ThermoPaks into the vest pockets. Weight distributes evenly across your torso for balanced, comfortable cooling.

  • 3. Wear Your Vest

    Put on your StaCool vest over (if industrial model) or under (if under vest model) clothing. The front zipper on the under vests and the premium velcro on the industrial vests makes it seamless on and off. Cooling starts immediately.

  • 4. Swap & Repeat

    Each vest ships with two sets of ThermoPaks for continuous use. Swap warming packs for fresh ones and keep going.

How long does it keep you cool?

The Under Vest is ideal for surgeons, MS patients, athletes, and post-surgical recovery. The Industrial Vest and Premium Industrial Vest are built for construction, military, and hazmat environments.
