Although our child cooling vest uses the same technology as our adult cooling vest, the StaCool Child Vest has been designed to fit the smaller body and meet the special needs of a child.

The StaCool Child Vest uses high-quality material and four easily replaceable ThermoPaks to cool little bodies comfortably. With adjustable Velcro™ shoulders and a side zipper, tiny hands can get the cooling vest on and off quickly and easily. Two pockets in front and two in the back hold a total of four ThermoPaks.

Been Looking for this product for 6 years!!! FOUND IT!!

My daughter has a seizure disorder and her seizures are heat triggers. We have tried every cooling vest on the market with hit and miss results... until we tried this vest. First weekend she was at a school picnic where each day was over 100 degrees- she stayed cool as a cucumber and was able to last longer than anyone else! The vest lasts for a very long time on one set of packs and the fact that it comes with 2 is amazing!! I can't recommend this vest more. I realize it is a bit more expensive than some others on the market but you won't regret it at all. Quality is excellent and the vest is much more effective than others!

My son can't sweat

Im glad I took the plunge to finally get a cooling vest for my son he has ichthyosis vilgaris and eczema. he cant sweat and overheats. For me it was expensive due to shipping and customs cost plus exchange rates to Canada. The vest fits tighter then i thought it would although I had measured him. I may have to keep it unzipped at one point. as long as it keeps him cool that's all that matters. It can be a little heavy with ice packs so not sure if he'll find it difficult to run with in sports. All together a well made product.

best of all the vests we have owned

My son is 8 can cannot sweat. The StaCool brand is the only vest we have found that meets all our sons needs here in The Texas heat.

size on small side, black or navy blue would have been preferred color.

This product is on the snug size for my slim 7.5 yo boy. He doesn't think it is as cool as his older brothers xxs black stay cool vest with zip up middle. Today is his first trial at school with the vest and he opted to wear the vest blue side out. We'll see if it socially accepted. His brothers black vest is accepted because kids think its cool. (StaCool has listened... now we have started making Black available in children's vests).
